1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

These Digital Products & Subscription Terms of Service (“Digital Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products and subscription services offered by TAYLRV LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”)

These Digital Terms are in addition to and incorporate by reference our Website Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Digital Terms and the Website Terms and Conditions, these Digital Terms shall control with respect to digital products and subscriptions.

By purchasing or subscribing to any digital product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Digital Terms.

1.1 Definitions

 For purposes of these Digital Terms:

• Digital Products” means downloadable or access-based electronic content, including workbooks, templates, guides, videos, planners, and any digital resource offered by TAYLRV LLC.
• “Subscription Services” means ongoing membership access to the Premium Digital Library or any recurring-content digital program.
• “Account” means the user profile created to access digital products or subscription services.
• “Content” means all materials included in digital products or subscriptions, including text, graphics, videos, templates, and downloadable files.
• “Customer,” “you,” or “your” means the individual or entity purchasing or accessing digital products or subscriptions.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED

2.1 Premium Digital Library Subscription

A monthly or annual subscription service providing access to our growing library of digital organizing and lifestyle resources, including:

• Comprehensive workbooks (PDF and interactive formats)
• Templates and planners (Google Sheets, Notion, Canva)
• Printable labels and organizing systems
• Checklists and quick reference guides
• Video tutorials and educational content
• Monthly new content additions

Subscription Options:

• Monthly: $27 per month, billed monthly
• Annual: $247 per year, billed annually (equivalent to 10 months, 2 months free)

2.2 Individual Digital Downloads

One-time purchase digital products available separately from the subscription, including:

• Workbooks
• E-books
• Templates
• Label collections
• Guides and checklists
• Other digital resources

Pricing varies by product and is displayed at the time of purchase.

2.3 Content Updates and Additions

Subscription Members:

• Receive access to all existing content immediately upon subscription
• Automatically receive access to new content as it is added (minimum 1-2 new resources per month)
• Retain access to all content as long as subscription remains active
• Can download and save content to personal devices for offline use during active subscription

Individual Purchase Customers:

• Receive the specific product purchased
• Do not receive automatic updates or new content unless explicitly stated at time of purchase
• May receive updated versions of purchased products if significant improvements are made (at our discretion)

3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

3.1 Subscription Billing

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Billed on the same day each month as your initial subscription date
• Example: If you subscribe on January 15th, you will be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Annual Subscriptions:

• Billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription date
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Provides savings equivalent to 2 free months compared to monthly billing

3.2 Automatic Renewal

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW unless you cancel before your next billing date.

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date
• We will send you a reminder email before your subscription renews
• Renewal will be at the then-current subscription rate (rates may change, but you will be notified in advance)
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current

3.3 Free Trials (If Offered)

If we offer a free trial period:

• Free trial terms will be clearly stated at time of signup
• You must provide valid payment information to start a free trial
• You will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends
• You will receive an email reminder before the trial period ends
• Free trials are limited to one per customer
• We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free trials and may deny access if we suspect abuse

3.4 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel:

• Log into your account and follow the cancellation process
• Email us at support@taylrv.com with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line
• Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged

Effect of Cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to all content until your subscription expires
• You will NOT receive a refund for the current billing period (see Section 4 for refund policy)
• After your subscription expires, you will lose access to the Premium Digital Library content
• Any downloaded files saved to your personal devices during your active subscription may be retained for personal use only (see Section 6 for license terms)

No Refunds for Cancellations:

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or years of service. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of your paid period.

3.5 Subscription Changes

Upgrading:

You may upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription at any time. Your account will be credited with a prorated amount for the remaining time on your monthly subscription, and you will be charged the annual rate minus the credit.

Downgrading:

You may downgrade from an annual to monthly subscription, but the change will take effect at the end of your current annual billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your annual subscription.

3.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will:

• Apply to existing subscribers upon their next renewal date
• Apply to new subscribers immediately
• Be communicated via email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect
• Allow you to cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree to the increase

Grandfathered Rates:

If you are offered a special “founding member” or promotional rate, that rate will remain in effect for as long as you maintain a continuous active subscription without cancellation.

4. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

4.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all purchases
• Payment is required at the time of purchase
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)

4.2 Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

• We will attempt to process payment up to 3 times over 7 days
• You will receive email notifications of failed payment attempts
• If payment cannot be processed after 3 attempts, your subscription will be canceled
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider for declined payments
• You may reactivate your subscription by updating your payment information

4.3 Refund Policy for Digital Products

NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS OR SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Due to the immediate access nature of digital downloads and subscription content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Why No Refunds:

• Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase
• You receive immediate access to all content
• Digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed
• This policy is standard in the digital products industry

Exceptions: Refunds may be issued ONLY in the following circumstances, at our sole discretion:

• Technical error that prevented access to purchased content and could not be resolved
• Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error
• Unauthorized use of your payment method (subject to verification)

To Request an Exception:

Contact support@taylrv.com within 7 days of purchase with detailed information about the issue. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny any refund request.

4.4 Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider:

• Your access to all TAYLRV digital products and services will be immediately suspended
• You may be banned from future purchases
• We may pursue recovery of funds, costs, and damages
• False chargebacks may be reported to credit bureaus and fraud prevention services

4.5 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. If we are required to collect sales tax, use tax, VAT, or other taxes based on your location, it will be added to your total at checkout.

5. ACCESS AND DELIVERY

5.1 Access to Digital Products

Individual Purchases:

• Access is provided immediately upon successful payment
• You will receive a confirmation email with download links and/or access instructions
• Download links are typically valid for 30 days; download your files promptly
• You are responsible for saving and backing up downloaded files

Subscription Access:

• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment
• You can log into your account to access all Premium Digital Library content
• New content is added monthly and becomes immediately available to active subscribers
• Access remains active as long as your subscription is current

5.2 Account Access

• You will create an account to access subscription content
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Do not share your account login information with others
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of sharing or unauthorized access

5.3 Technical Requirements

To access digital products, you need:

• Stable internet connection (for downloads and access)
• Compatible device (computer, tablet, smartphone)
• Updated web browser
• PDF reader (for workbooks and printables)
• Google account (for Google Sheets/Drive templates)
• Notion account (optional, for Notion templates)
• Canva account (optional, for editable Canva templates)

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the necessary software and accounts
• Having compatible devices and internet access
• Troubleshooting technical issues on your end
• Backing up downloaded files

We are NOT responsible for:

• Your inability to access content due to lack of required software or accounts
• Technical issues with third-party platforms (Google, Notion, Canva)
• Data loss or corruption on your devices
• Internet connection problems

5.4 Technical Support

We provide limited technical support via email at support@taylrv.com:

• How to access and download content
• Basic troubleshooting for access issues
• Instructions for using templates and files

We do NOT provide support for:

• General software training (how to use Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, etc.)
• Troubleshooting your personal device or internet connection
• Third-party platform issues beyond our control
• Customization requests for digital products

Support Response Time:

We aim to respond to support requests within 48 business hours. Complex issues may require additional time.

6 LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS

6.1 Limited Personal Use License

When you purchase or subscribe to our digital products, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You MAY:

• Download and save digital files to your personal devices
• Print digital products for your own personal use
• Use templates and workbooks for your own organizing and lifestyle improvement
• Access content on multiple personal devices (computer, tablet, phone)
• Fill out and customize templates for personal use

You MAY NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell any digital products
• Give or loan your account access to others
• Share download links with others
• Post digital products on file-sharing sites or social media
• Print and sell physical copies
• Use digital products for commercial purposes
• Modify products and claim them as your own
• Remove copyright notices or branding
• Include digital products in any course, program, or service you offer
• Create derivative works for distribution or sale
• Share your account login credentials with family, friends, or colleagues

6.1.1 Non-Transferability

Your purchase or subscription is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, lease, license, or assign your access or subscription to any other person or entity. Any attempted transfer will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

6.2 Intellectual Property Protection

All digital products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws:

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited
• All content is owned by TAYLRV LLC or licensed to us
• You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing or subscribing

If we discover unauthorized sharing or distribution:

• Your account will be immediately terminated without refund
• Legal action may be taken to protect our intellectual property
• You may be held liable for damages

6.3 Watermarks and Branding

Some digital products may contain:

• TAYLRV branding and logos
• Copyright notices
• Watermarks or identifying information

You may NOT:

• Remove, alter, or obscure any branding, copyright notices, or watermarks
• Attempt to claim the products as your own creation
• Rebrand products and distribute them

6.4 User-Generated Content

If you use our templates to create content (filled-out workbooks, completed trackers, etc.):

• You retain ownership of your personal data and entries
• You may share your completed work for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., social media posts showing your progress)
• You should not share the blank templates or editable files
• If sharing on social media, we appreciate credit/tags (@taylrv) but it’s not required

7. CONTENT AND ACCURACY

7.1 Educational Purposes

All digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Our content is NOT:

• Professional medical advice
• Professional financial advice
• Professional legal advice
• Professional therapeutic or mental health advice
• A substitute for consultation with licensed professionals

You should:

• Consult qualified professionals for specific advice related to your situation
• Use our content as general guidance and education
• Exercise your own judgment when implementing advice
• Not rely solely on our content for major life decisions

7.1.1 No Professional Relationship

 Purchase of a digital product or subscription does not create a professional organizer–client, coach–client, consultant–client, or any other professional relationship with TAYLRV LLC. No individualized advice, diagnosis, or services are being provided.

7.2 No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee any specific results from using our digital products:

• Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and consistency
• Success stories and testimonials represent individual experiences
• Your results may differ
• We make no promises or guarantees about outcomes

7.3 Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy:

• Content is provided “as is” without warranties
• Information may become outdated
• We are not liable for errors or omissions
• We may update content at our discretion, but are not obligated to do so

7.4 Third-Party Content

Our digital products may reference or link to third-party products, services, or resources:

• We are not responsible for third-party products or services

7.5 User Responsibility

8. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

• Change the structure or organization of subscription content

Subscription Members:

• Will have access to updated versions of products

• Old versions may be replaced by new versions without maintaining access to previous versions

Individual Purchase Customers:

• May receive updated versions at our discretion
• Are not guaranteed access to future updates unless explicitly stated at time of purchase

8.2 Discontinued Products

If we discontinue a product:

• Existing customers who purchased the product retain the right to access their downloaded copies
• The product may be removed from our servers and no longer available for download
• We encourage you to save backup copies of all purchased products
• No refunds will be provided for discontinued products

 9.SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process (see Section 3.4).

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to digital products at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Digital Terms
• Violation of Website Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes

• Abusive behavior toward TAYLRV staff
• Any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other customers

Effect of Termination:

• Immediate loss of access to all subscription content
• No refund for current billing period
• Forfeiture of all access rights
• Potential legal action for intellectual property violations

9.3 Effect on Downloaded Content

If your access is terminated:

• You must cease all use of downloaded content
• You must delete all downloaded files from your devices
• Continued use after termination constitutes copyright infringement
• We may pursue legal remedies for continued unauthorized use

9.4 Account Inactivity

 We reserve the right to deactivate or delete accounts that remain inactive for 24 months or longer. Prior to deletion, we will send notice to the email address on file.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA

10.1 Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information in connection with digital products and subscriptions.

By using our digital products, you consent to:

DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

TAYLRV LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Use or inability to use digital products
• Technical difficulties accessing or downloading content
• Errors or inaccuracies in content
• Results or lack of results from using our products
• Loss of data or files
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Decisions made based on our content

MAXIMUM LIABILITY:

Our total liability for all claims related to digital products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAYLRV LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Digital Terms
• Your violation of intellectual property rights or license restrictions
• Your sharing or distribution of digital products
• Unauthorized use of your account by others due to your failure to protect credentials
• Any misrepresentation made by you

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Digital Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Digital Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Website Terms and Conditions, including arbitration and class action waiver.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power outages, server failures, or disruptions in internet services. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Digital Terms at any time. Changes will:

BY PURCHASING OR SUBSCRIBING TO ANY TAYLRV DIGITAL PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
